We’ve been proud to develop our teams through apprenticeships since 2015 and in 2019 we launched our ‘Aspire’ Programme – developing our team members who aspired to continuously develop their knowledge, skills and experiences to be the best they can be. We are proud to work in partnership with HIT training – the leading specialist training and apprenticeship provider for the UK’s hospitality and catering industry.
The Aspire programme is a work-based programme running alongside your employment. It opens a range of opportunities allowing you to achieve a nationally recognised qualification and to also continue your learning whilst developing a career with us. We value and invest in our apprentices recognising that you are our future talent.
Each year we see talented people develop their skills and grow their confidence as they rise through the ranks. Last year we we had great pride when Will Bassett, an Aspire learner from our very first cohort, was promoted to General Manager at the Wynnstay Arms in Ruabon. Read his great story here.
