As the engine room of our pubs - our kitchens are busy, high-pressured environments to work in. Kitchen porters are the backbone of our kitchen and as such this is a very busy but varied role. You will need to be organised, have good communication skills, excellent hygiene/cleaning standards and the ability to follow instructions. You will be reliable, hard-working, and flexible and able to work as part of the team. Previous experience is not required although enthusiasm and a genuine interest in working in a busy kitchen is essential.
