Beeston Castle
Beeston Castle, perched on a rocky crag in Cheshire West, can be made into a long walk or there is a car park just 10 meters across the road! The ascent to the castle ruins is rewarded with stunning panoramic views of the Cheshire Plain, the Welsh mountains, and the Pennines. The site is rich in history, featuring the remains of a medieval fortress and an ancient well, believed to be one of the deepest in England. The walk to Beeston Castle takes you through enchanting woodland and up to the rocky summit, making it a haven for children's imaginations to run wild!

Teggs Nose
Tegg's Nose is a scenic hill near Macclesfield, offering breathtaking views at the summit. The easiest walk starts at the visitors centre and is only 2.5 miles, taking roughly an hour. Old Pale Hill (Delamere Forest)

The Cloud
The Cloud, located on the border between Cheshire and Staffordshire, is a popular walking spot that offers a fairly challenging hike typically taking around 1 - 2 hours / 2.2 miles. From the summit, you'll be treated to spectacular views of the surrounding countryside, including the Cheshire Plain, the Peak District, and the town of Congleton below. The walk to The Cloud features some great landscapes, including open heathland, wooded areas, and rocky outcrops, making it a scenic wonderland! The lengthy walk is perfect for tiring the kids out while making great memories at the same time!

Helsby Hill
Helsby Hill, located near Ellesmere Port, is an easy stroll taking around half an hour / 0.6 miles.
