A great community pub in Hadfield
A great community pub in the village of Hadfield, close to the Longdendale Trail and Trans-Pennine Bridleway. There is a wide range of Robinsons famous cask conditioned ales available together with a choice of lagers.
The pub featured in the cult TV series ‘The League of Gentlemen’ and once you have sampled the friendly welcome at the Palatine, then the village sign from the series may come true: ‘Welcome to Royston Vasey. You’ll never leave!’ The Palatine is a large multi-roomed pub close to the town's railway station and taxi rank. A typical community pub with the usual pub games including pool are available for the football fan, Sky Sports is available to view those all important matches. A private car park is available for patrons at the rear of the premises.
