Overview

The Dog and Partridge is a great British community pub at the heart of the Stockport, Great Moor. Situated prominently on the main A6 road and close to local amenities including colleges, Stepping Hill Hospital and a wide range of shops and other hospitality venues. The pub its self is warm and friendly and underwent a substantial refurbishment around 4 years ago. The pub offers a good range of Robinsons Ales, wines and spirits. It currently offers a small food menu, however this is something that the new licensee would want to develop! To the side and rear of the pub there is an extensive car park. To the back of the pub there is also a large beer garden that currently holds a children’s play area and some bench seating. There are plans in place to develop this area to make it more appealing to families. Robinsons are looking for a licensee who will be able to engage with the local community, bringing the Dog back to being the community hub of Great Moor. Our new licensee will also want to develop the food offering at the Dog and Partridge, making the pub a family orientated destination.
